I like sporty and athletic the most, but most girls are too lazy to exercise often so I would usually prefer a skinny petite wimpy girl that has the genetics to not get fat. If a girl would stick to fitness though, that would be the best in my opinion, and I could workout with her.

My husband said he definitely preferred slender (which is how my body is) and that it wasn't even really a hard choice as he didn't find the sporty/athletic look attractive when it came to girls. Honestly I may not be a guy but I can see why.

Slender, but with massive boobs and a thin layer of fat on the rest of her (enough to make ribs, abs, and pelvis bones invisible, but not so much that she looks "fat").

I find average/chubby cuter and more aesthetically pleasing may be just me, but I just don't find thin near anorexic women very appealing
