Obviously they existed! it's ridiculous to think otherwise! Millions, literally millions of fossils have been found, and more importantly, through those fossils we can actually see the evolution of certain species, (like pterodactyls to archaeopteryx) and we find earlier stages of development, further back in the fossil record. (meaning deeper down in the sedimentary layers! To attempt to argue that they did not exist, is utterly ridiculous! Anyone who does, will be treated like a flat-Earther by me. They'll just get a sympathetic "Oh, bless your soul. You really will believe anything you don’t fully understand, won’t you!". I mean if someone is that naive, they are like a child mentally, so I'm not going to argue with them. That would be like a battle of wits with a completely unarmed person!

For quite a long time it seemed as though dinosaurs didn't exist in Australia but we just hadn't looked in the right places.
