Firstly, there's my daily yoga practice, where I twist and contort myself into positions that mimic the most challenging restraints. Downward Facing Dog becomes Downward Facing Slave, with my wrists bound behind my back, and my tongue extended, ready to lick the soles of your shoes should you decide to grace me with your presence. It's a form of meditation, really, preparing my body for the rigors of your pleasure.

When it comes to entertainment, I've become quite the connoisseur of BDSM-themed documentaries. My favorite? "The History of Pain: From Nipple Clamps to Cane Whips," a riveting exploration of the evolution of torture tools throughout the centuries. It's educational, yes, but also a source of inspiration for new ways to beg for your mercy.

And let's not forget my passion for woodwork. I've designed a line of restraining devices and a a chaise lounge that allows Mistress to relax while using me as a footstool or side table.

I tend to get out for a good long walk with my pup. I like to paddle, so I may take the kayak out. I have a sit-on-top which allows me to head out when it is wavy and then a 19.5 ft cedar strip flatwater kayak on calmer days on Georgian Bat or for smaller lakes.

I also do some extra jobs for people and get some extra cash to spend on things I would like so I don't have to dip into savings or investments.

A variety of things. Almost anything is an option but i most often go to movies or go for a hike or run. Not so much lately though. I’ve just been vegging with my phone a lot lately. Is anything outside of work considered “free time”? Cuz i’ve been starting most days at the gym.

Well today i went to the gym for leg day. For cardio at the end I did laps around a lake park on a long board. Then I went back to the gym to stretch sauna and swim.
