The reason you've got that negative is cause you don't ever stop enhancing your jack of all trades trait, if you were to just continue focusing on what you already know and didn't work on expanding it you'd eventually master what you already know which ain't a worthy trade cause its best to know a lot than to master but limit yourself to some

My outside the box thinking help me realize that the brown ones which are the cheapest ones are actually high on returns, it's slow at first but if you max out on hotels on each slot you get thousands back, i noticed people land on brown most compared to the rest of the colors
