Are we the only life forms in the entire galaxy?

They say that there are aliens visiting our planet UFOs flying around everywhere around the world. People say that these alleged aliens in UFO’s have been here before studying us or something like that. If that’s true why don’t they land here on earth? What’s there to be afraid of? Some even go on to say that they created us. Which I think is bullshit. And how come we haven’t found any type of life anywhere at any time throughout our space exploration through the universe? Some say that the objects we see in the sky are fallen angels, demons. now I don’t know about that. But what’s your take on all of this craziness. Do you really believe we are not alone or do you believe we are alone or do you even give a shit either way?

With the amount of stars and planets around the stars in the universe it seems like it would be impossible for us to be the only life in the universe, most likely we came from somewhere else that had carbon life and some organic matter on it from far away on a comet or asteroid that traveled millions of years and started it all here after millions of years to be where we are now, they say our atoms are from the stars. We are just too far from any other life forms like us to travel here unless you can bend time and shorten the two points between us

Katherine Freese says it's very unlikely in our galaxy, out of around 2 trillion galaxies in the universe. Our solar system is on the far edges of one wispy arm of our galaxy (the main part is that glowing arc of light you see in the sky at night if you way away from city lights). Our galaxy itself is way out on the fringes of the universe, and she said a UFO coming by would be like a toddler in a hurry stumbling over an ant hill, he might look down at it for a second but then he'd continue on to where he was headed.

I don't- can't- believe we are the only life forms in the galaxy. But the very term "life form" is extremely broad so they could look like moss or bacteria and still very a life form. Now if you ask if their are humanoid life forms? That's a different matter. And I think it's certainly possible they are on a distant planet somewhere. But no. Not flying around showing so much interest in our little world.

If we found a planet of humanoids what do you think we would do? Observe? Or approach?

Also there is the great filter theory which is terrifying.

Another option and probably the lamest. Non are in a distance you can travel without FTL and FTL is simply not possible to achieve. So even if they exist there will never be contact because we can only see into the past of the universe.
