What order do you put your clothes in the drawers?

Question

I have a couple sets of drawers but in my main ones the top drawer is underwear and socks, second is tops, third is bottoms, fourth is sweatshirts/overtops and the very last drawer is half pyjamas and half swimsuits.

I have no particular order of what goes where, as my clothing storage situations have changed so many times over the years, although long ago I used to have a system to my clothing storage that was of a logically ordered nature
That's a very long story in itself.

I do place the freshly washed clothes at the bottom of the stacks so as to ensure that the clothing gets rotated on a regular basis, but I also place a few items of each type to the side in order to have newer looking items to be available when occasions rise where newer looking clothing might be desirable.

Thinking I have drawers in the first place. I ain't that rich.
I have what you call throw clothes onto the bed system and just wear whatever is lying around longs if it's not something in the corner behind the door cause that stuff needs to be washed.

Don't have drawers - got enough closet space.

I hang up all my knitted sweaters, dresses, shirts and finer clothing. Underneath I keep a box of my knitted short sleeved blouses and t-shirt.

Closet:

Top shelf: underwear

Second shelf: Pants, thinner sweaters, thinner blouses (that don't need ironing if folded) - clothes I wear outside of work

Third shelf: Work clothes (worn out clothes) pants, t-shirts, thin sweaters. Then I've my yoga pants + stockings there.

Forth shelf: Pyjamas

Bottom shelf: socks

I’m lucky if my clothes even make it to my drawers 🫣 I usually just dump them in a basket and grab what I need each day. But in my drawers I have bras, socks and underwear in the top drawer, shirts in the second, pants in the middle, pjs/winter clothes in the second to last, and in the last drawer I have misc items like summer shoes, belts, etc. Dresses and skirts are hung up in my closet.

I have 1 large set of drawers. 2 top are smaller but deep, left is random junk, right is thick winter socks for in house. Next one down full draw t shirts, next one down full drawer is shorts n tops, bottom is joggers, warm stuff for lying around house. Other small set of drawers, socks n underwear, socks top draw, underwear next, bottom drawers is random running and gym stuff, socks etc.

Ummm I mainly use a dual wield setup, my left hand holds socks-underwear-teeshirts while my right hand carries bottoms-sweatshirts. The rest I don't need or it is hidden in the chest containing winter clothes.

Okay, the armoire has button-down shirts with six drawers beneath it.
On the left side three drawers - nothing but t-shirts. Don't judge! I've had very little reason to wear nicer clothes or restricting clothes ever since my disability and force retirement.
On the right side three drawers, socks up top, shorts in the middle and bottom.
And that's my wardrobe!!

My hi-boy dresser has 5 drawers. From top to bottom... underwear, socks, t-shirts, comfortable pants, misc other stuff. Shirts and pants are on hangers in closet.

On what occasions do you wear the half pajama/half swimsuit? I’ve never seen that, but it sounds hot!

Personally, I always put my hat on first and my underwear on last; because I enjoy the challenge.

I hang most clothing. In the dresser, underwear in first drawer, white socks in next drawer, black socks in next. In bottom two I keep items I do not want the cat to thrash.
