Maybe a 5 today. I’m hanging in, but my dad had to go into the hospital for a few days, might’ve had a small stroke, but they can’t give him an MRI because he has a metal implant in one eye.
I haven’t heard anything from the doctors, this is just what he was saying when I visited today, but he seemed to think he’d be out Monday.

He’s relatively ok, but he seems a little weaker walking with his walker, and he’s having a little peripheral vision issue to the left side in his one good eye. He’s 92, this stuff happens, but it’s kind of a bummer, and a reminder he won’t be around a whole lot longer. Hopefully he has years left, but again…92 years old, so…🤷‍♂️🤞🙏

  Thanks for the offer but I don't know if talking will help. It's just a lot of complicated feelings on a lot of different stuff that's going on in my life right now and I need to just sort through unconsciously if that makes sense? Like letting food cool down right out of the oven.

  Makes sense to me, I do that too. I have some things in life that will make me spiral, fast. To avoid hurting myself or others, I have various ways of trying to calm my mind down.
