Is there any way to tell if someone had lip fillers without asking?

Yes and no, true after 2 to 6 months depending on how the girls injected to goes away but it migrate to other part of the face and the more you do it the more it destroy the face so while you need to get it re done all the time once you do it you can never find your face of before. So big lips effect is not permanent but it does permently change the face.

Fillers are quite literally the worse plastic surgery to get.

I'm interested in South Korea and watch lots of video about it, there's a french youtuber doing video talking about it and his video are funny and it's where I learnt all those stuff about plastic surgery because in South Korea people loved doing plastic surgery.

Yes it's mostly because the filler move into the face so it make the face look all bloated it's horrible XD

At worst the only one that can be done is make up and getting a goo hairstyle at least if it look bad you can change it or remove it XD

It's just that the youtuber I watch is living in Korea and talked about the plastic surgery done there (they make plastic surgery to get their eyes european looking, filler in the nose / forehead, they break bone in the jaws to make it slimmer and have a V shape (oval shaped face)).
Korea is quite know for it plastic surgery, I liked Kpop as a teen and when watching video of it everyone always talked about which plastic surgery the celebrities had done.
They don't put filler into their lips but put filler in their nose / forehead to get what they call a 3d face.

Asians truly know how to do something that's been done already but find a more complicated way to do it, it's just insane.

This stuff exist in France too but only for medical reasons and it's extremely dangerous only done when needed, one of my sister friend had to get it done, he couldn't eat solid food during 6 months nd even after he couldn't eat anything where he needed to chew too much, I do not remember which condition he had though.

If they mess I'm pretty sure the person life would actually be in danger, plus the pain and what about if the person get an allergic reaction to a medicament?
This summer I had to take antibiotic and I was allergic to 3 so the doctor just told me to wait for the infection to get away, I'm lucky it was a small one but on something big like breaking bones if you get allergic to medicament I can't imagine the amount of pain the person would be in.

usually when one surgeon do it badly they need to get to another, there's some who are professional in saving people face after it got damaged by plastic surgery.

Its because they're too hard on thsmebes they're never satisfied with what they have, in France we have the saying "Be happy with what you got".
Asian are pretty extreme like majority in East Asia cut their eyes lid to get double eyelid for some reasons like there's no reasons to do it but it's their most popular surgery many even get it done during high school.

They love to complicate their life no wonder many are not happy with how they look there

Yes, this is quite crazy.
He's alright now it been awhile since he got it done but it was really harsh for him during many months.
I don't remember but surely, when she explained it to me it was a but confuse but yes it was surely a problem with his bones.
Totally, when she told me I felt very lucky to not have to ge through that.

It definitely does and that's also one of the reasons I don't get why people would get plastic surgery like obviously nobody is perfect but so long as we're healthy that's the most important things. So many people go get nose surgery have trouble breathing after and so many people getting filler on their face (to get rid of wrinkles) have headache because of it it's crazy.

Now everytime I can avoid going to the doctor I do, i only go to do the regular check up and that's it.
Being healthy is the most important even if we're not perfect because no money can get your health back.

So you never accomplished it? The only form of blend I know I with paint and graphite, you either use your finger to drag it when working with graphite, mostly used to make shadows or shades and with paint you use an air brush, maybe these techniques might help.

I already painted my first pair, although I'm thinking of removing the paint and doing a different design cause the tape I used was shit and kinda ruined the lines so by hand I had to straighten them as much as I could so I was thinking that if I just removed it and did another design instead it would be alright lol
