As for me I drive a 2011 Nissan XTERRA & I wish Nissan would bring them back instead of discontinuing them in 2015.

On the other side of things 2025 is right around the corner & I would like to test drive a 2025 Toyota 4Runner when they become available.

The 2 that my & my parents own, are Hybrids. Specifically:

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (they regret buying this one though, due to having terrible battery, as well as counterintuitive features. Such as how to "force" it to use the battery, until it's empty, instead of it switching between battery-powered & gas-powered)

Opel Ampera (far better purchase. As the engine on that one... it's more as if it's an all-electric... with a built-in generator.)

2006 vauxhall astra with both a coolant and engine oil leak... somewhere...
but hey, semi working car is semi working and was free off a sibling in law. had to scrub some mould out but grateful to enable our life to continue. We've not had good luck with cars in the recent year/last year!

It's my 2024 Ford Explorer which gets me from one place to another. It's my 3 Explorer and I love these cars. We gave my 2018 Explorer with only 55,000 miles on it to our daughter for college.

Civic is a good car… def. Be prepare to upgrade. If you start saving now… get a newer civic, another Honda or Toyota around $10k… don’t buy new.
