Be extremely aware of my surroundings and make sure that I stay in a populated area as well as let my family and friends know where I am.

Whenever it happens (sometimes) I also stare at them, then most of the time we both look away.

There are a few times when the staring continues then I nod my head a little to ask what's the matter and the person shakes his head to say nothing, then we both look away.

Once or twice it has happened in my life when some people got ready to fight with me saying why are you staring then I said because you did it first. I make my intentions clear that I will respond violently if something happens then the other person understands and then we both leave from there.

I don't do any such work due to which someone will stare at me later

Honestly nothing most likely. I don't like people staring, but I've also got bigger problems to deal with. Now, if I hop in my car and they start following me, we'll have a little race, but that's a different story lol
