I like Gabriella the best.

"Gabrielle" is the usual name because the "-elle" ending already indicates it is the feminine form of Gabriel.
"Gabriella", with the "-a" suffix, could also seem to indicate a feminine form of Gabriel, I suppose, in either Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Do what feels is appropriate... that is, use what you feel is the appropriate spelling based on the ethnicity of the girl. If she is neither of Spanish or Italian ancestry, I'd go with the French "Gabrielle" as in the gorgeous model/actress/NBA wife Gabrielle Union:
