Do you view nice cars as a waste of money?

Like Porsches used to really want them now I just view them as stupid and a setback to big financial goals of mine. You get cheaper cars that handle and drive really well

Unless you are a professional race car driver that earns a living driving around a manicured track, they are really unpractical. Roads have laws that are geared toward normal consumer vehicles. Generally the best cars to drive in urban environments are small peppy cars with good fuel economy that cost less than average. They are cheep to purchase, cheap to maintain, fuel is cheap, insurance is more affordable, and they are easier to drive on congested roads and park. Outside of urban environments, pickup and work vans with 4 wheel drive win out.

I think they are. When you have time, take a drive to an extremely affluent area. You will see some nice cars but the majority of cars will be the usual cars you see everywhere.

Cars are just tools to get from A to B. There is nothing at all wrong with just have an economy car like a Toyota or a Hyundai or whatever.

There is also nothing wrong with having a high end car like a Lamborghini or something either but it would be irresponsible if you can’t really afford it.

I have a Tesla and I love the way it drives. I also in places don’t want to draw attention to myself.

There's nothing wrong if you really like cars and have the money to maybe get a collection, but other than that, it's mainly just to show off..

Just food for thought, you can have an older nice car for rather little money and pay for a boring new car a lot of money.
