This week the price of one dozen eggs has increased to $9.00/doz. As this article clearly states that they are not positive that the bird flu isn't in the eggs or on the shell of the eggs.🥚
They suggested to be on the safe side not to eat poached eggs and eggs that aren't fully cooked.🍳

I eat my eggs over easy/ medium with the yolk not cooked. But I guess I won't be eating them like that anymore.
I don't like taking chances when it comes to my health.
One person has died in Louisiana from the Bird Flu so far. But it makes one wonder just exactly how did that person catch the bird flu that killed them.🤔

My wife went food shopping today and she said that the store was almost out of eggs. I always cook them thoroughly either scrambled or fried or hard boil them for t least 15 minutes.

Aside from the Bird flu it's not ever safe to eat eggs that aren't fully cooked because of Salmonella.
