Trump represents an abandonment of noble principles by American society, and a shifted focus to wildly unequal individual prosperity (which won’t even reach most of the people supporting the movement, these folks have been conned by the worst kind of criminals) and a more bigoted society. Anybody who tries to characterize MAGA as anything different than this is either lying to you or dumb, maybe both, and in all cases should not be trusted one iota.
