What's the biggest loophole you've seen or heard of?

So some Italian artist sold a sculpture on an auction for 18,300 in 2021 but the sculpture is invisible, he clearly scammed tf out of someone but the document of certification was given to the buyer to assure that the sculpture is there, crazy ass loophole cause we know this man had to pull the most entitled artist persona to pull of getting that certification, I know that man was playing the getting angry card cause clearly art has no boundaries and if he sees art in nothing then it's art, what a masterpiece created by a genius, I'm about to start an invisible art business, I have been inspired by his art 😂

Contemporary art is the designated field for this lol. Honestly I like the whole field and reactions it creates, I like the idea that someone comes up with an invisible sculpture, I like the idea that an institution is ready to pay for it and I like the idea that it makes us talk about it. This is art as I want to see it, or not see it lol 🙃

Though I can't make sense of how or why an artist can get serious about their art, it's not supposed to be serious because the world is not serious and this should be reflected in art, it should

I know a guy who's worth over a million dollars. But he gets Medicaid. And the loophole is the money he earns off his wealth is from investments so it's considered unearned income. If he was working and earning that money he wouldn't qualify for Medicaid. It just seems to me that a guy worth that much shouldn't qualify for Medicaid. Am I wrong? It just seems like a pretty big loophole to me.

the biggest loophole i think is millionaires and billionaires not paying fair taxes because of loopholes in the tax code😵😵
