If I count in 10s it's 10, 20, 30, 40 etc. that goes for any way but just saying one number doesn't necessarily mean you aren't counting, there's just one number to count, so isn't it still counting? When you see a number or does the number have to be with other numbers? If it's with letters and words around it does that count as reading it? Or are you reading then count the number and then continue reading? 😂
