Men. Since men are physically and mentally stronger, more powerful in general, and we have the divine power to bring life into existence without any complications: by impregnating women. It automatically leads to conclusion that based on our biological differences, men do more than women which is more critical to the human race than what women do: protection, provide, maintain to ensure the human race survival. A woman nurtures the kids sure, but a man protects, provide, clothes, feeds the whole family (wife and children and who knows, another wife and children + perhaps also his own old parents). This went on generations by generations and there is a reason why: once again, biology. There is nothing more honourable what women do compared to what men do. You know a father can have more children than a mother? This power is something no woman can fathom. Besides, we aren't handicapped around 4 days a month because of no periods. Also no menopause and no pregnancy. That is why masculine is regarded superior over feminine. While woman nurtures her children at home, a man protects, provides, maintains, clothes, houses his wife AND children and in most cases, his own parents who became old. Another thing: Prophethoods were passed on on men, not women.

2. Sperm are haploid, containing one set of 23 chromosomes. The egg is also haploid but, unlike sperm, it has not completed meiosis until fertilization.

Look at men during Nazi regime in Germany (my grandfather for example, 97 years old, he was a soldier back then, after that we moved to Netherlands and my dad married with my Dutch mom), they live on average of 93 years or so. Around the same for German women back then. Both men and women during the regime followed their habits, activities, that fit the best for their own gender, to make the divisions fair. It is because back then, everything that affected the health of the Volksgemeinschaft (the people) in a negative manner, were in most cases abandoned (porn, drinking, pre-GMO, etc.) and avoided everything in related to non-movement habits like sitting prolonged on the couch and got guaranteed secured healthcare in case of emergencies and work and drill accidents.
