Enjoying my Sunday, reading my book, seeing people/socializing, warmer weather and more sun, cooking, being more physically active, romance hopefully :)

I'm looking forward to being true 12-13% body fat by the end of the month. Mainly for vanity, though I do feel some health benefits ngl.

  Keep it up , I'm 53 and in the best shape of my life. Thanks to my trainer who was a sprinter and long jumper in college. She put me through her workout routine from college and she was a beast. I'm happy with the results and my ass looks damn fine ,

  @Jhoward - Yeah I'm gonna keep going until I reach probably single digit body-fat so that I can have some leeway when I start lean bulking. I'll probably reach 9% by the end of April unless I decide to start bulking from 10%.

  @Jhoward 15% is really hard for women I heard. It's similar to dieting down to single digit bodyfat as a man I think
