Being too good to be true at first…. If they seem too agreeable just saying what they think you want to hear it’s probably disingenuous.

One of the first major red flags is one sidedness if you’re putting all the effort into someone whether it’s a romantic relationship or a friendship. You’re expected to be there when they need you but they never are there when you need them. You’re doing all the planning and everything getting little to none in return

Double standards…. It’s okay when they do something. It’s just not when anyone else does it. They are allowed to act certain ways, say certain things, do certain things, and demand certain things but you better not.

Hypocrites…. They love talking about what everyone else is doing such as cheating on their partner. They will trash and smear someone at the first roomer of it. Projection runs with these people but as soon as they do it you hear every excuse and justification in the universe.

What’s the biggest one? It’s always about them. They can’t stop talking about themselves. They are so important and everything it’s just oh look at me I’m better then everyone. But yet they value everyone else’s opinion of them over their own.

Another is obsession with the superficial and materialistic. Taking care of yourself is one thing but these people take it to the extreme. They will literally sleep in their Sunday clothes in case they have to get out of bed for a fire and someone sees them.
