How often do you get bored?

All the time. It's an issue for our generation. We're disconnected by social media and phones and are constantly increasing our dopamine addiction with all the content we subject ourselves to. People don't connect as much in person anymore and that trend continues to rise exponentially.

On my free time, if I'm not out in nature doing stuff like camping, kayaking, hiking, being at the beach, or doing some kind of outdoor activity (which I don't get to do the majority of the time), I get bored pretty easily. So I'll watch movies and shows, workout, read and research stuff I'm interested in, etc, to cure the boredom a little.

I usually don't get bored tbh but today I've been feeling that way. I've always felt that boredom was odd because there's so much to do but I just can't help but feel that today. It's not miserable. Just feels like I'm waiting for something to happen. Like today is just a filler episode.

Frequently. I have a lot of alone time and travel for work (not fun vacation travel). Traveling I get bored with the people I work with because they're all type A personalities, aren't fun to be around, and my job requires to be able to adapt to their needs, and it's exhausting. If I had one creative coworker I'd be in better shape.

When I'm home alone you can only watch so much TV. So I try to go for walks or meet friends when I can. I'm a social person so sitting around with nothing to do is tough for me.

Rarely and Barely!..  I always have so many things to do. And my mind is an interesting place, so I can never get Bored.. And I am a good Company thus I am able to be by myself!

I've never ever been bored before... there's always something for me to do, or think about... or try I honestly don't know boredom, one way or another... I just get busy, lol
