Recently it's been accurately tracking my calories & hitting weight goals. Any kind of planned tissue gain or loss tbh. Like this month I planned on getting to 13% body fat. I'm there now so next month getting to 10% will be easier. Don't have to extend the time frame.

I would say spending quality time with the people that matter the most, my boyfriend, family, nieces and friends as well as being consistent in the things I enjoy like, working out and going on walks. Relaxing and watching tv makes me happy too. What about you?
