Why don't we put all the countries depts on one person?

We just pick one of the worst criminals in the country and just by law transfer all the country's depts to that one person, then we give that person to the country we owe money too and dept free country, the person is a prisoner so they already lost their rights, their execution would satisfy everyone and clear the countries depts, sounds like a solid plan 😂

Even if we transfer all the debt to that person, how will he be able to repay that? The aggregate income on selling his all organs even won't be able to pay anyone trillions. And whole life working as slaves also he couldn't earn that much in his entire lifetime.
