4am to 8am and 8pm to 12pm both. But I'm morning person and I love watching sunrise. That makes my morning and whole day energetic and having good mood. So 4am to 8am.

I think that also shows you are a happy person in life because if you are happy, you want to wake up early and start a new day because you are hopeful about new day but if you are not happy, you don't want to wake up early and start a new day because you are hopeless about new day
