and, based on previous experience... no, it wasn't a big deal if any of my exes had a different taste in music to mine... even if either of us listened to something that the other didn't particularly enjoy, that was never really an issue, not for us anyway... lol

A genre that is not often appreciated cause it's quite on the nerdy side of the track. I don't mind if that specific genre is not shared with a lover, because other less niche genres I appreciate will always match anyway

I like a lot of music, it's hard to pick one genre. I like blues, old style country, classic rock, classical, mostly old reggae, swing, jazz, grunge, surf, late 80's and 90's rap, oldies, classic soul, and some other stuff. I can't be in a room all day with a woman who listens to the latest pop all day. That bullshit music would drive me insane.
