How common would hand acne be if hands had pores?

Just think of it, how common would it be, the reason hands don't get acne is cause there's no hair follicles on them 🤔

My thinking: our hands are permanently in use. So I'd expect that the causes for acne are (''mechanically'') removed more frequently.

Where those who don't use their hands often (politicians, wealthy folks, bankers and brokers) maybe would get it more often on average.

They have sweat glands tho, actually hands and feet have the most sweat glands than the rest of your body ha

I have hair between all pairs of my knuckles. The only place I DON'T have hair is from the nail to the first knuckle. But, my palms get sweaty, too! No hair there!! It's the biggest reason I get blisters on my fingers when playing drums; they get real sweaty and it becomes a lot harder to hold onto the sticks!

there actually are pores and hair follicles on your hands (your entire body is covered in a duvet) they are just a lot more discreet. you can get hand acne too but it's less likely because body skin is less prone than face skin to skin conditions
