Will you stay in your undeveloped country to build your brand to create cool things, or if you will have opportunity you would move to developed country and start new life?

Learn in the better developed country, come back to your country and grow.

Because there are many smart people in the developed country, you'll be an average over there and nothing more. Moreover they don't need more smart people.

Coming back to your developing country and learning from developed country keeps you in higher position as compared to most of the population and a developing country has more opportunities for growth. By taking part in the development of your country, you are not only a leader for your own people but also more successful and can become the pathway or inspiration for other people of your country for education.

For example, if I study in National University of Singapore and then work in Singapore, I might be an average employee. But if I come back to India, I can create my own company or bag high positions like CEO or COO.
