Lizards can be carrier of pathogens. The zoonotic diseases associated with reptile and amphibian contact are primarily bacterial infections. These include Salmonella, Mycobacterium, Campylobacter, Aeromonas, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Serratia and Flavobacterium meningosepticum (source: https://iacuc.wsu.edu/ )

Thus, in terms of potential infection, those are probably more dangerous than women although some, that have a poor body hygiene or multiple partners could also be considered as potentially dangerous.

Women on the other hand have the ability to communicate with you with is a big plus, even if the language is different.

Thus, I will go for women rather than lizards. A tough choice but you asked for it.
