Why would happen if you sneeze with your eyes open?

Would your eyes pop out? Would you go blind from the eyeball pressure? Or maybe nothing will happen, I like to believe something would happen tho since everytime we sneeze our bodies automatically closes your eyes lol

Let me slap down the boring reality on your cartoon fantasy- when you sneeze, you release bacterias, a lot of them. And they kind of spread everywhere even if try to cover it. You don't want those bacterias to come back to your open surface of skull like your eyes. Your eyes won't pop out if you're sneeze, but surely due to pressure they might turn red and more over, it's difficult to open our eyes during sneezing cuz you're mind is literally trained to close your eyes while you do so.

Now you might think why your nose doesn't close or something like that, because it's an open surface on your skull too, well they have tiny hair like stuff inside which acts like filter and doesn't let anything past is except required gases and a bit of pure moisture. So they don't flap them close or something.

I'm a germaphobe so I didn't try it, do that yourself while watching yourself on mirror and you'll know if it's funny or looks weird in a nasty way. There's a reason I remember that man's sneeze so many years later and good memories don't stick well with me.

Did that once, my palms were ruined, I was not given any sanitizer anymore after lockdown. My underage palms obviously can't handle that much alcohol. Now I don't clean myself often, just stay away from germy stuff. Will do that till I'm 21 and legal age for limitless alcohol.

I was kidding lol, during Covid alcohol based sanitizers were the only way to go. And it wasn't an allergic reaction, basically my palms were pruned but with the alcohol base.
