Is being told I sound like a voice actor a compliment?

like i genuinly can't tell if im being told this cause they think my voice sounds fake or if they are trying to say im expressive or what

like its litteraly the only thing that enyone says upon first impression and like is that a good thing its so specific

so yea eny imput on that would help clear my head thanks in advance
