The computer in my fridge. It's just so cool. I'd tear it apart if I had an icebox lmaooo. Kinda weird obsession!
Also KBBQ is amazing. I used to only taste the chilli and was like "BRO this has no taste" but then I realized I just signed my taste buds so now I actually appreciate the flavours.
my huge best friend is visiting me these days and he cooked the best spaghetti bolognese I have ever eaten 😋
Im definitely in love with his cooking skills :D
korean bbq is the best :D
enjoy your time
I'm absolutely in love with my oldest daughter. I travel a lot and before I left for the airport today, she made me a little "care package". After six years, I think she's finally starting to like me!
She just turned 6. She's more of a Mommy's girl, wants to be just like her mom but I noticed the last few months, she's starting to wanna be around me more, so I think her and mom might be going through growing pains the older she's getting. I don't know, I'm just winging this raising daughter's thing. I have three of them!
A much younger woman in Europe that I contacted online and it led to a long and ongoing correspondence. We will likely never meet for multiple reasons but I'm quite in love with her.

Food... a lot of foods really, but pizza, burgers, lasagna, chocolate, cake, ice cream, some Brazilian foods that no one knows the names of except for other Brazilians, etc...
Haha yeah. I think all cultures have interesting food. I myself am kind of Brazilian and kind of not at the same time; because while my parents are 100% Brazilians born and raised, I was born in Brazil but moved to America when I was 5 and a half and have been here ever since, never been to Brazil again. I do know some Portuguese my parents taught me, but it's much more limited compared to my English. A lot of people think I'm lying when I tell them I am affiliated with Brazil in any way.
Anyway, for a few Brazilian food examples, first there's pastels. Basically a deep fried dough, usually rectangle or half moon shaped, and can be filled with almost anything you want, including cheese, literally any kind of meat, heart of palm, etc. Then there's coxinhas, similar concept but tear drop shaped, and usually only chicken. That's 2 salty foods, but for desserts. There's brigadeiros. Basically just chocolate, similar to truffles, has condensed milk in it, is sphere shaped, has chocolate sprinkles, etc. Then there's pao de mel, kind of harder to describe the flavor, but a type of cake, has spices in it so somewhat like gingerbread, covered all around in chocolate, has a dulce de leche (basically caramel) filling, etc.
And that's 4 examples total, but that's good enough, especially since I like to give details, lol.
My bestie. If she was a dude or vice versa we'd probably had married each other by now lol. That's my soulmate tbh. We think so much alike we could have been twins.
Oh lol
Lol π I mean... you could but it might be a Joey/Rachel situation where you're better off just best friends
Right now? Honestly, Iβm absolutely in love with peace of mind, purpose, and late-night deep talks that hit the soul 🤍...
I see you love food. Me too. 😊 And I love Korean BBQ too, I just don't like the work you have to put in. 😩 I dread it.
I love many people, but obviously, my husband, girlfriend, and music are at the top of my list.
Currently an enchilada, literally right now.
Mexican cuisine is the best. π―
This question! It reminded me how fantastic KBBQ is... I am hungry now.
2026... I'm selling off some businesses and will retire then. I love you 2026!!!
spreadsheet averages
They really do give insanely good insight into what the body prefers. It's how I've learned exact ranges like my averaged TDEE, average sets per month relative to a certain rate of glycogen replenishment, average grams of food eaten & subsequent total water intake averages, optimal sodium intake for reduced bloating, average calorie variability trends that show the most consistent average ranges that I ping pong inbetween. Data analysis is toi useful not to fall in love with
I mean I'm no professional but I do notice that the best approach is to basically eat for the energy & recovery we need while trying to consistently hit recommended micro-nutrient averages. No matter what I do, I try to make sure that the averages are in a good spot. Best if if they're consistently close in amount throughout all days of the week. But I notice that making sure that my 2-3day averages are in an ideal spot is best. It's not enough time for the body to become significantly deficient in something.
There is a more ideal amount of something for everyone, but it vary wildly based on preference, goals, lifestyle, genetic factors, etc. If I had to give recommendations to you though, they'd be:
β’ Keep added sugars under 25grams. Ideally you want them to be 0 unless you're a performance athlete & need them to perform at extremely high levels. Even still, they'd be physically healthier on average without them.
β’ Keep sodium under 2,300mg per day. Even less if you're not sweating a lot. 1500mg is the general recommendation. Ideally wanna stay above 300-800mg (to support normal bodily functions). I notice that above 1,000mg and below 1,300 is ideal for me specifically.
β’ Keep carbs as high as what feels the most comfortable. Your body will tell you if you're not eating enough of them or if you're eating too many of them. Your ideal intake (if you're not doing keto) will likely be higher than 50grams per day & lower than 1.5x bw unless you're extremely active & are constantly depleting glycogen reserves. I only eat 1.5x my body-weight per day because I'm constantly depleting my muscle glycogen stores with my workouts.
β’ Keep protein at least around.71-.82g per lb of bw if you're goal is to eat close to maintenance calories & either maintain or even grow muscle if there's enough stimulus. Eating in a deficit requires more protein to keep lean muscle tissue & eating in a surplus requires less, but not significantly less than.71-.81
And how you'd feel while eating all of this of course depends on what I mentioned above with the preferences, goals, lifestyle, genetic factors, etc. Depending on these things and more, you'll want to think about the sources & structure of it all. For instance, I eat the same things everyday but depending on my needs, I'll structure it wildly differently.
Iβm in love with your booty in those shorts you used to have as your profile picture but sadly I havenβt seen my love in SO long βΉοΈ
Hopefully that really made you laugh ha
Well, there is one very special girl... but I know I don't stand a chance :(
Why not
Because she's really too hot, and I'm not...
She might think you are attractive... you should be more confident
I know, but how, are there any pills for confidence?
Not in love but heading that with a woman Iβve been going on dates with.

Hot sauce
I learned to make salsa from a master salsa maker I used to work with in the kitchen at Claim Jumper, but my salsas never turned out as good as his. Now I just make hot sauce because it's much easier to get the ratios right so it tastes good. The peppers are the main ingredient, everything else is just like seasoning on the back end. I work at another restaurant as the maintenance guy and all the cooks are afraid of my habanero sauce. I heckle the shit out of them and say stuff like "man I thought you guys were real Mexicans" haha. I just bring it for me and the cleaning guys from Oaxaca
A few people already that want to buy it, I need to get a reliable source of peppers and build up my customer base. The guy that delivers produce to the restaurant I work at is not very reliable when it comes to getting me the peppers. My boss at my other job will let me use his business license to buy wholesale produce if I want but I'm going to have to drive up to LA and pick up the peppers at like two or three in the morning.
