I guess resilience, things are tough I keep going if I can't do it now I take a break and do it the next day but I always keep trying. Also analysing things, always trying to understand things and learn from life. Also protecting myself from bad outside influence and being kind to myself. Also having a happy joyful basic state. I can get sad but I always get back to positivity and appreciating the good things around me. Also always trying to not let others suffer the way I've suffered if I can help it.
