Apartment though I want to buy a house and have been thinking about buying one with my bestie and then whoever gets married first will move out and settle into their own home since we pay a bit more than a mortgage for a 3 bedroom home right now.

My residence is currently a country villa made in stone and wood, set on three floors and open plan in deseign in the middle of oak forests and mountains.

A special place it is & I’m sure you make it special as well. As for a cup of coffee I would be delighted & as for me I would offer you a cold beverage overlooking a pond with alligators, turtles, birds, otters & frogs. After words a journey walking on a beach.

It's difficult to explain. So basically the ground floor is guest house, the first floor is my mom's and dad's cabin along with a work space where few of their main employees do work - it's like their headquarters. Then second floor is where we live. Then we also have a garden beside our home. I would call it a single family home but there is office but at the same time, I can't call it condo or anything else because it's all owned by us.

well when i mean by A is its stand alone, you aren't sharing a wall with neighbors.

i always think of townhomes closer to condo's

Ah okay, im in a single family house. I have neighbours on both sides but we have like 4-6 metres between each house, with fences and driveways.
