Yes I totally agree.
My response was basically:

If you need to do it pre-shower then use the lavatory, that’s the whole point of a lavatory, is it not?

But if you are showering and you get caught out then it’s kind of catch 22, I think you’ll have to release, unfortunately.

I don’t do it as I think it’s hideous and people who purposely do it are just lazy and sad.

But if you do unfortunately get caught out then I don’t think that the innocent person who doesn’t intentionally do this act can be forgiven?

I suppose it depends on the situation. I agree that if you need to use the lavatory before getting in the shower then common sense prevails.
But if you unfortunately get caught out while you are in the shower, then I don’t think you’ve got much choice …… unless you cross your legs while you’re in the shower!
