Sort of. “Petite” is generally about height, where clothes are concerned. Since you’re of average height for a woman, you’re not shorter than most. Interestingly, even in 2025, women’s clothing is still primarily designed around taller women, “model types”. Don’t ask me why. Most of the major high fashion designers are still men too.
