If it's actual evidence, e. g. clear video footage then any news channel will snap your hand off.

If its low quality grainy shit of some indistinguishable brown thing half a mile away then YouTube is your best bet.

You’re allowed to share links to the video but if you have really good proof then why post it here rather than someplace you can get $? If the quality is good someone could totally steal it and use it as their own.
