If your deepest belief turned out to be wrong would you want to know?

Of course. That's why I like science. Religious dogma starts with bullshit answers that can never be challenged because that would invalidate the almighty deity behind the beliefs. Science says if better information comes along we'll update our thinking after the information has been made available for examination and testing by other experts.
So the choice is to go on blindly believing in bullshit or accept a better explanation. I'll take the better information every time.
Well, above all, I believe in intelligence, science, and facts, so yeah; if something I believed was incorrect, I'd want to know.
I can't really claim to believe in any of those and then want to live with inaccurate information, because that would be the opposite of what I believe in.
I'd need verifiable proof that my information was incorrect, though, because without proof, all you have is an opinion, not fact.
Yeap. I would be broken, I would feel like a fucking idiot. But I can and would move on.

My deepest belief was already shaken before I was even born, when the Berlin Wall feel. Jokes aside, when Communism feel one of my grandfather's cousins committed suicide.
Honestly, I am not sure I would want to know. I could go full Bruno Ganz in Der Untergang.
What about you?
I don't believe in things, I go by thinking so of course. If what I think can be proven to be thought of in an accurate logical counter point I will want to know to then change my thought.
But I guess this don't count really since I don't believe anything anyway. I would need that strong desire to believe something to give an accurate response.
Ok so do you believe in God or. Do you not believe in God because ultimately that would be every single person's deepest belief.
Of course I would want to know, although I don't feel like I have deep beliefs. I have general knowledge of the world and try not to make generalizations about people.
That would be really fucking difficult, given I'm a Nihilist.
Yes I would. A lot of religious people would not.
Yes of course. How is anyone going to learn by following mistakes?
Of course because lying to yourself is willinging ignorant. Self Deception is harmful.
Yes id definitely want to know cause I dont want to believe in something and it's all wrong
I would not want to know.
Yes. Following truth is one of my core drivers
Oh boy, is maga in for a surprise. LMFAO
