I personally would want a Victorian style house.

I've had the idea that an isolated house with an attached garage where I can put my vehicles and bikes and outdoor sports gear.
When I first visited Canada my girlfriend and I went to visit a friend of her family who's moved there from UK and he'd been a miner and was able to buy a plot of land and built his house from the ground up. THAT would be something although I wouldn't have the skills to do that BUT to be the project manager of a house built with MY preferences would be awesome.
