This interior/aesthetics makes me kinda sad. Anyone else feel the same? Or how do you feel about this?

This kind place. I'm sure almost everyone would feel out of place here.

So this white and gold French baroque/rococco aesthetics looking so elegant and heavenly. Specially those glamour, cute and very girly ones like the pink ones. It makes me a bit sad. Not that I'm jealous or feeling broke when I see it, but I just have a deep thoughts about it. I'm in "awe" but for the most part, it's something deeper. I can explain tho but maybe not now. For the mean time, I wanna know what you think.

So here's why I think it's sad. It's more of a sympathy kind of sad. I associate that with love bombing, lack of freedom, downplay and pressure. It's like a beautiful prison.

I think I'd vomit. I like minimalist black rooms. Or at least earth tones. No needless decoration. Especially not gold, white and pink. Ew. All of the ew.

Not sad, but it’s wayyy too much variation and details for my eyes. I couldn’t really relax in such rooms. The cleaning and upkeep must be nightmare, too.

Not sure where these pictures are from, but I visited Peterhof Palace in Russia, where you get room after room in these 1700s styles and decorations.
