Dealing with my health insurance company because they don't want to pay

I pay extra every month for the so called Cadillac plan. My wife is a cancer survivor so we have the plan we can go to any hospital and see any doctor. I got a total hip replacement complete with 8 weeks of PT. I had a 20 dollar copay.

@Wiredone My wife survived breast cancer and since then, having primo health insurance was a priority. I got a job with a big high tech company. They supposedly had a good health insurance program. Once we looked at the program we found that it was one of these programs where some doctor or case worker acted as a gate keeper for medical treatment that they did not want to pay for. I told my boss that it was unacceptable and I would be unable to accept the job. They ended up giving me enough money so that I could buy the insurance from my former employer under the COBRA program. If they did not do that I would have walked.

I just got my house insurance bill. It went up a thousand dollars since last year.

Itis getting very expensive but you really need it. I had a tree fall on my shad last year and I got about
$20,000 from the insurance company to get a new one and have the old one removed.
