Holy crap? Seriously? I'm going to put a star by the ones I learned in Highschool and two stars by what my parents and grandparents taught me.

Debit card - We had checks back then

-Insurance /Car Insurance/ Rental Insurance - these were taught and needed especially having a vehicle at 15 */**

-Appliances bills */** also taught how to do laundry and what to use to clean items.

Never had an actual dishwasher until I was 45.

-Bus route */** had to take the bus in Highschool

-ID */** learned this in Junior High as well as going to stores and watching my mom needing it to write checks and cash my dad's work checks. - ID Cards to get into games and events.

-Drivers license */** Had a entire month class of this and class room and actual driving and the below item was covered

-Class A-B-C-D licenses / What they were for and needed to operate vehicles of different classes it's also in the drivers handbooks.

-Taxes on property Yup, part of what your rent pays or doesn't pay.

That retirement is largely a crock of 💩. I got started early, invested 15% of my income like clockwork. But what the don't tell you is that will net you enough to tread water the rest of your life if you're lucky. And don't ever f***ing get sick cause if you do, you're f***ed. Healthcare has doubled since I began.

Unless you hit a homerun, and that is largely luck, you'll NEVER be wealthy, affluent. The rich will ALWAYS be pulling away from you.

So yeah, invest, save for the future. I'm not saying flat out gamble. But take your shot at greatness. Because it's either going to be heads or tails. But not flipping the coin and playing it safe only guarantees you'll likely NEVER retire.
