Yes, honestly.
Sometimes you wake up late and it triggers that useless guilt, even when the day is completely empty.
It’s not about the schedule, it’s about wishing you felt more in control, or wanting the day to “start right.”
But beating yourself up never helps.
A late morning doesn’t mean you wasted the whole day.
You can still reset, move, and make the next few hours count.
The feeling is common, but it doesn’t have to define the rest of your day.
no i dont get much sleep period so any extra sleep on my days off is always nice
