so if its insomnia waking me up then it sucks bc i'll feel tired but really awake once i close my eyes. like why stare at mt ceiling for an hour instead of scrolling for a bit lol

and sometimes i just wake up in fight or flight mode so it takes a while to relax. after a bit, i'll distract myself with my phone to forget. ALTHO rn i'm going through a period where this has been happening less

I have a perfect plan, this degree then that job in that country along with this non profit company and then masters in that university and then this specific business and when to marry, when to have kids and how to raise kids and when to die.

But if I were do die soon, I don't know what I will do.
