Probably sleep. If we sleep 6 hours a day. And live to 80, 20 years of that we slept. I dont know about you but nothing pisses me off more then achieving a dream and wake back up to this lol. Like what!

I guess thats why they say life is about chasing your dreams. We waste a lot of time just making the dreams then find out they aren't real... its a bit of a joke to me. I can't figure the purpose of sleep out.

Trying to have an intelligent conversation with a maga or p-2025 fascist supporter in the USA. I should say it "was" the biggest waste of time in my life when I used to do it in person. Then I just stopped and it was grand. Now I just do it on here. It's amusing to see how ignorant they really can be.

For me, it’s spending time trying to be understood by people who have no intention of understanding.

Over explaining.

Proving myself.

Staying in conversations or situations that were already showing me who they were.

Time is better spent where there’s curiosity, reciprocity, and growth.

Everything else is just noise disguised as effort.

It took years that I will never get back to stay in circumstances where I had to defend, justify, or explain myself all the time. Now that I only concentrate on development, connection, and purpose, life feels richer.
