Back in the 80's when I lost my little nephew at Marineland Theme Park in Southern California! OMG!! I'll never forget that!! My adrenaline was really high that day. Thank God I finally found him after an hour of frantically searching the park for him.
We went home as soon as I found him. I was exhausted!🫩
But I don't ever loose the things that you mentioned. Oh, I did leave my wallet at the counter of the UPS store back in 2016. Does that count?🙂

A dozen eggs, two days ago! I know I put them in my basket. I think the little bitch that was bagging groceries, never put them in my basket. I just let it slide, never called or went back...

Are you serious? lol Try cooking or baking without eggs. For one thing, I make a breakfast "dinner" at least once a week. Eggs, ham, pancakes (try making pancakes without eggs) French toast, crepes... plus breading for my certain dishes that require eggs. You wouldn't understand.

I lost my wallet at the beach. I did not realize it for a few hours. When I realized it I went down to rhe Beach to look for it. The tide had come in by then so I thought it was gone. I got up early the next day and went down to the beach at low tide and by golly my wallet was exactly where I dropped it. I just put all the contents on my windowsill and in a day or so it was all good.
