Just know that some things will get better in your life while, yes, others will get worse. Try to mitigate the bad while celebrating the good. Stop thinking everything is going to get worse just because things are going well now.

Also, stop thinking you aren't beautiful inside and out. You may not be conventionally pretty, but you aren't hideous like you tell yourself.
