I like the structure but not the shape yet, I want my stomach flatter, thinner thighs and harder arms like I had at 19.
I just ate a tin of smoked eel on my doctors recommendations which I requested out of wanting to start treating my body like a temple, as I should've been doing from the start.
I just need to focus more so on nutrition this time as running 12 miles per day at 19 for a year caught up when I started having hemoptysis episodes which required several hospitalizations which saw me lose my flat stomach and hard arms.
I'll get them back and so much more, but I'll keep them and stay out of the hospital. And by the way, smoked eel is really good.
Oh yes, I said it, eel is good! You know the saying, "That was bad and you should feel bad"? Well, that eel was good, and i feel super human, already😎
I’ve never tried eel before, but it sounds a good plan.. good luck with it
Yeah, I've been fit and in shape my entire life. 6'2" and 205 lbs with a 34" waist and 44" chest. I have muscled legs and glutes. I'm about 10 lbs heavier than the day I graduated from college and entered the army 38 years ago. I still run, ski, lift weights, mountain bike, climb mountains, backpack, hike, swim, and bodysurf.
For my age, I'm probably in the top 1% of men when it comes to fitness and overall body proportions. I got lucky in the gene pool and I put in a lot of work over my lifetime. I have zero complaints about this body. It has served me very well.
You maintain it well, so that’s very good 😊

This is a complicated question for me. I’ve had chronic pain since I was two years old so for me, I wish my body was different. Not that I think I’m ugly or I have a bad body just that I wish I didn’t deal with the pain that I do deal with other than the pain. I’m happy with my person. I’m happy with who I am if other people don’t like the way I look they don’t have to look at me. There’s plenty of other things and people to look at.
I am sorry to hear about your pain
Loved your way of answering and your confidence
If your pfp is you, you look very nice 😊
Yes that’s me. Thank you very much
You’re welcome 😊
Thanks for MHO
Yep, I'm good with mine. I work out a lot and stay healthy. No complaints.
That’s good 😊
I don’t like exercising, I’ll be crying inside 😄
For that reason, I do it but on a rare occasion
Yup.. thanks to my good genes, I don’t need it often 😄
Do you walk a lot?

Yeah i love my body because iam not a lazy girl, I always care about food mean take my meals at time and eat healthy food, I have normal slim body with perfect size, no matter what other think like you have average breast average height, I don't care and I enjoy my self my life..
That’s nice
Yeah, I'm basically happy as I am. Used to be a total "hardbody athlete" and wasn't a fan of all the staring and attention. Now I'd say I'm normal hour glass (Fit Fifties) type. I'm confident but not cocky, which I think is good. I've been told I'm sexy, so I guess that's also good.
One thing I love about my body is that it's strong and functional. It could bear some improvement, but I can mow my lawn, clean up around my house and do what I need to do to survive with it.
I'm pear shaped, but that's better than being top heavy. Big tits aren't a gift. They get in the way of doing anything athletic and performing tasks. If you could put them on for fancy events and store them otherwise, might be worth having interchangeable sets.
I am not in my best shape right now, I am kind of fat and don't enjoy it. I miss how skinny and fit my body was when I was 14. I am not saying skinny body is superior but I felt like myself in that shape, nowadays I restrict my movements a lot because I don't like the way my body moves and the dresses I prefer to wear don't match my body. As soon as my senior year finals are over, I am going to lock in and shed it all.
On the outside, yes, even if it's been pointed out I have "child-bearing hips". My body gives me enough confidence to strike vain poses in the mirror.🤣 Internally I'm not all that pleased with my bladder. 😳
You are so funny 😆
I am, because I stay in shape don't hold myself to the standard set by instagram. I understand that >99% of don't have the genetics to look like that.
My motto is this: noBODY can be perfect but everyBODY can be beautiful <3
Nice.. me too I feel everyone has its beauty 😊
I'm not 100% sold on that. I say everyone CAN be beautiful. The problem with social media isn't that it sets a high standard; it sets an unrealistic standard. It's not that it's so hard to be in as good shape as the women we see on instagram. It's that most of us don't have the rib proportions for that hourglass figure, genetics that can leave fat in our boobs while leaving the rest of us skin and bone or hip insertions for that perfect bubble butt.
But instead of showing the diversity of what every bodies are, what we should be putting out there is what everyone could be. What we should put on a pedestal are women who are in great shape but still have the flaws +99% of us are born with.
My body is all over the place right now. I'm about, slightly less than, the average weight I've been in the past two decades, but then due to illness I'm putting up tiny numbers in the power cage. Some days my abs are visible, other days I feel like a blimp. I'm just trying to roll with it for now.
Very happy with mine. It does everything I ask it to do.
A good way to look at it
Haha
Yeah it gives me a lot of confidence. Only when i was young i hated my height, now i love it 😊
How tall are you😊
That’s a nice height😊
You are welcome 😊
I’m trying to get my midsection under control, exercising regularly now, I feel I’m making progress. I do like my body but I hate how easily I can gain weight
Yeah, gaining weight is easier than losing it 😄
I love my body. Been working to maintain it aince highschool. Wouldn't mind it if my butt. got a. bit bigger though
I like my physique, but I wish I had a bigger frame. I'd say my body looks defined, but if I'd have a much larger advantage in life.
I do I look strong I think plus I am tall, I just want to lose some belly off the dad bod.
How tall are you
I am 6' 2"
That’s a nice height
Thank you
There are things i like and other things i’m working to improve.
it's okay. I have a physical flaw that I am self conscious about but other than that its oksy.
Hell yes because im tone everywhere. And it better the the shape of letter B. Lol
I've learned to love it. It took some time.
I am not athletic so I don't really like my body shape but I am accepting my body shape.
at the present moment not really, i'm in my chubby era (bmi 24..), so there's nothing hot about it. when i'm skinny i really like my body minus my boobs and hip dips kinda.
Yes and no, I was a very fat in high school (around 300 pounds) but now I been taking steps to lose weight and gain muscle. I am still slightly chubby and about 220 pounds, but I definitely feel good about my progress
No I don’t and no it definitely doesn’t. I’m very much self conscious of it.
I do... I'm slender and either run or swim 6 days a week. So far so good!
Yes mostly it’s amazing! I have a couple issues I’m working on but doesn’t everybody?
I like my body, but I'm trying to tone up the abdominal area. I also want everything else to be bigger and the muscles more defined.
Yep love it. I feel very confident
Awesome 😊
I am fit and fine so i am confident and love myself.
Right now I want to lose belly fat so I can get into a v taper
I love my body even the flaws
Its alright, working on defining it
no my bone structure is way too wide
No, I need to get back in better shape!
I'm very happy and healthy 👀🙃
Yes I do
a its old and falling apart
No, and I don't have any self-confidence.
Yeah, I'm happy as I looks
