Well... okay, first off, what do you mean by "forced"? Like you don't mean literally forced. Are you talking about a social obligation, or what?

Generally, when I'm around people I don't like, I try to be pleasant and inoffensive, and then get away from them as quickly as I'm allowed to.

I'm contemplating how my hardship won't last.

But if tomorrow is the same day than yesterday, then I'm slowly going to wonder what benefits I get from the situation?

you dont benefit, they do as they are being paid to be around you; you are being punished with their company.

Uhhhh well then I won't flee, too risky. I'm going to have to find a mental way to flee while I'm in their presence. I'm going to tell myself stories to cope with this situation

And I actually have this exact experience, that lasted for a few days, when I was 14yo. That's what I did, I recounted stories to myself to help
