Feeling something unusual. I am disgusted by my past actions that i used to think were normal. Lots, and lots, and lots of them. Such as food scarcity mindset. The person who scared the crap out of me as a kid, did internment reinforcement (my dad) also made us eat spoiled food. So my whole body said "if i don't repeat this disgusting shit, i will die." I broke the loop for the first time recently, let's hope it stays that way. The only thing that worked was crying for dozens of hours within one week. No amount of intellectual attempts to stop it work. It is the body, the body pumps adrenaline and can literally create a heart attack if it believes that it might get beaten up for not eating spoiled food.
