What is the epitome of excitement for you?

Stepping out of my comfort zone or doing something I really enjoy. I get excitement from achieving small goals I set myself and meeting the challenge head on. A few examples:

- Writing a story for me is not just writing a story. Characters or dialogues appear in my head and I get really excited when I start to tell their story on paper and see it come to life.

- I get bored easily especially when it comes to fitness and specifically when it comes to yoga sequences or different yoga methods or types. So I get excited whenever I try something new and make it through that class especially if it's to do with strength.

- Something more basic? The same example I gave in your other question. Swimming apart from giving me calm it also excites me because adrenaline runs high when I start to swim. It's conquering a new feat everytime and seeing with my own eyes that I can go beyond my boundaries and witness my own strength and power as I and the currents collaborate.
