Are you good with faces?

I got terrible memory but Im good with faces, I remember a face and one specific thing about them and I tie that to their face, pretty wild stuff ngl

I would say that I am pretty good at remembering a face but just like you, the names are less important to me and I tend to forget those names behind the faces.

Since I seldom interact with people I casually meet on the streets, I keep seeing the faces over and over again and I can pinpoint where I saw those faces but I would seldom remember the names if I just talk with them occasionally. I guess that I find it not important to remember the names since I know I will not interact on a more frequent basis with them.

It is but being good with faces is being able to remember things about them even when only seeing them once for example lol

I'm very good with remembering faces, I often will see someone in a store and remember them and his or her face from grade school and go up to them and call them by their name and tell them how good it is to see them as it has been years and they look at me like I'm from mars and have no clue who I am.

I am pretty good with faces and remembering when and where I saw a face.
I used to be really good with names of the person, but not as good at it like I once was.

Not really more people recognise me than me them. But probably because I worked with the public for more than 35 years and played a lot of football ⚽️

I am great with faces. Now trying to pull the name out of my memory that is the real problem.
